At ZekerArbo , we believe that Sickness Absence and employability are not paper processes, but something you solve together on the shop floor. That is why you, as a manager (together with the employee) are in the driver's seat. You stay in control, we guide and coach where necessary.
Your own employability coach will be your strategic sparring partner. As a spider in the web, he or she knows the entire playing field: from medical expertise to legislation and prevention. So you get exactly the right support at the right time.
At ZekerArbo you work with our user-friendly absence registration system Planningsagenda. To make it easy for you, we have made an overview with the most important differences with XpertSuite. We also have a handy page with instruction videos and frequently asked questions available for you.
Please note: if your company has absenteeism insurance with our partner Mandaat Assuradeuren, you will continue to report sick leave and recovery in XpertSuite. We will ensure that your sick leave and recovery reports are also Planningsagenda in Planningsagenda , where you can further manage the absenteeism file yourself.
