It is possible that you are not satisfied with the services of ZekerArbo and may have a complaint. We like it when you share your complaint with us, so we can learn from it and prevent similar complaints in the future. Below you can read how to file a complaint.
When you disagree with the company doctor's advice
Do you, as a client or employer, disagree with the advice of our company doctor or how the reintegration is carried out? Then we point you to the possibility of obtaining an expert opinion from the UWV. You can apply for an expert opinion through the UWV.
I disagree with a hiring inspection
You can report this in the complaint form. You can also file a complaint with the Committee for the Complaint Procedure for Appointment Examinations (CKA). More information about this process can be found on the CKA website.
Do you have a complaint about the invoice?
At the bottom of the invoice you will find contact information where you can go to complain about your invoice.
Treatment of the complaint
We will do the following with your complaint:
- You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within five business days after we receive the complaint.
- Your complaint will be investigated by the complaint handler. This is not the person about whom your complaint is about.
- You will receive a written response from us within six weeks of receiving your complaint. If this is not feasible, we will indicate what is feasible. If you are right about your complaint, we will indicate what measures we will take to improve. This is called a justified complaint.
- Not satisfied with the solution offered? Then contact the Arbodienst Disputes Committee. You can find more information about the approach at the Arbodienst Geschillencommissie Arbodiensten on their website.
