- Imminent Prolonged Sickness Absence there is direct contact with you and your employee.

- Plan of Action no later than week 8 draw it up with your employee. (Need help? Call your Insurer's Case Manager or Employability Coach)
- Check-in every 6 weeks to catch up on progress.
- Choosing case manager to keep an eye on things.
- Report your employee sick to the UWV in week 42 (you will be notified via your portal). If you have an insurer, they may do this for you, just to be sure.
