A three-way conversation is a conversation between the employee, the employer and theemployability coach. This conversation is there to talk together in an open and constructive atmosphere about what is needed to work well and healthily. The three-way discussion can be used both preventively, to address problems and Sickness Absence prevent problems and sickness absence during and after a period of Sickness Absence, to facilitate a smooth return to work and promote sustainable employability.A win-win situation for both employees and employers!

 

Help with good conversation

Sometimes it is difficult to start the conversation together on topics such as workload, work-life balance private or cooperation in the workplace. A three-way discussion helps. With an employability coach at the table, you talk constructively about what is needed to to work well again without significant Sickness Absence. It doesn't matter whether it is about something small that bothers you, or a larger issue that needs to be discussed.

How does a three-way conversation work? 

  1. Intake interview
    The employability coach first calls both the employee and the employer to go over the situation. In this way the problem can be the problem can be addressed.
  2. The threesession itself
