As an employer, you naturally want your employees to stay healthy and productive. With a Sustainable Employability Consultation (DIO) you as an employer take an important step towards healthy and sustainable employability of your employees and organization.
What is a DIO?
A DIO is a consultation between you, your Occupational Health Service ZekerArbo) and any other stakeholders within your organization. The goal? To improve the health and employability of your employees and prevent Sickness Absence . There are two types of DIOs, each with a different focus.
Two types of DIOs:

DIO 1: Focused on individual employees
In it we discuss the health and employability of your employees. Think about their taxability and working conditions. This consultation helps you prevent Sickness Absence and keep sustainably employable employees.

DIO 2: Focused on the entire organization.
This consultation focuses on policies around sustainable employability within your company. We discuss collective themes and how you as an organization can ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
By requesting a Sustainable Employability Consultation (DIO), as an employer you are taking an important step toward healthy and sustainable employability of your employees and organization. A valuable investment!
Who are involved?
At a DIO, we work together with experts such as a company doctor, practice support worker(POB) or employability coach. They advise you and help you balance your workload with the health of your employees.
What does a DIO cost?
Depending on whether you have the Sustainable Employability Consultation (DIO) with the company doctor, the practice support occupational physician or the employability coach, we always charge the hourly rate of the relevant professional. This includes the time needed for preparation, the consultation itself and the elaboration. If it is at our location, ZekerArbo does not charge travel expenses. If we come on location, the travel time is charged from the nearest location of ZekerArbo. This way you always know where you stand. Just as easy, Sure.
