With a Sustainable Employability Consultation (DIO) you as an employer take an important step towards a healthy and sustainable employability of your employees and organization. What is a DIO?

A DIO is a consultation between you, your Occupational Health Service ZekerArbo) and any other stakeholders within your organization. The goal? To improve the health and employability of your employees and prevent Sickness Absence . There are two types of DIOs, each with a different focus.

Who are involved?

At a DIO, we work together with experts such as a company doctor, practice support worker (POB) or employability coach. They advise you and help you balance your workload with the health of your employees.

What happens during a DIO?

DIO 1 (Individual Consultation):

Together with the company doctor or POB, discuss the workload capacity of individual employees. Are they experiencing bottlenecks in their work? How can you support them to return to or remain vital at work? This is done without sharing medical information, as privacy is paramount.

DIO 2 (Organizational consultation):

The employability coach looks at trends within your company and offers advice on how to promote employee health. This consultation focuses on the bigger picture: how do you make sure you stay healthy and sustainable as an organization?
