What is a computer workstation assessment?
During the computer workstation assessment, we examine the balance between the employee's workload and capacity. Among other things, we examine:
- the layout of the workplace
- the use of a monitor, keyboard, and mouse
- work attitude and work behavior
- duration and distribution of computer screen work
Our expert talks to the employee and observes the work situation. This allows us to identify the causes of the complaints or risks of complaints. Based on this, we provide practical advice on appropriate (preventive) measures. The goal: to enable the employee to work comfortably and with as few complaints as possible.
Understanding workload
Working behind a screen for long periods of time may seem harmless, but it can cause a number of complaints. These include neck, shoulder, or back pain, tired eyes, or headaches. A workplace assessment for screen work will give you insight into where these complaints come from—and, more importantly, what you can do about them.
We conduct this individual workplace assessment on site, with one employee. We clearly map out the office workplace and daily activities.
Lead time
We conduct the computer workstation assessment within two weeks of order confirmation.
You will receive the report within two weeks of the assessment being carried out.
