Third-Year Guidance
After two years of illness (104 weeks), the standard absence guidance under the Wet verbetering poortwachter. But sometimes additional support is needed after that. This is where the Third Year Guidance comes in.

When do you apply for this?
You and your employee prepare the WIA application
Do you want to continue working on reintegration? Then you can start a new advisory process. Contact us in time, and everything will run smoothly.
The UWV imposes a wage penalty
If the UWV finds that not enough has been done on reintegration, it can impose a wage sanction. In that case, they will not process the WIA application yet. We will help you deal with this properly and continue reintegration.
The UWV has delayed
The UWV currently takes longer to make a WIA decision. Is there still a need for guidance after 104 weeks? Then you can apply for Third Year Guidance with us.
