At ZekerArbo , we believe that Sickness Absence and employability are not paper processes, but something you solve together on the shop floor. That is why you, as a manager (together with the employee) are in the driver's seat. You stay in control, we guide and coach where necessary.
Your own employability coach will be your strategic sparring partner. As a spider in the web, he or she knows the entire playing field: from medical expertise to legislation and prevention. So you get exactly the right support at the right time.
Who can you turn to?
Our service representatives are available for questions about scheduling consultation hours and making appointments with your employability coach. You can also contact them with questions about our portals ZekerArbo Online and Mijn ZekerArbo. They can be reached at 088 - 277 4444 from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
