The Service Team
A multidisciplinary team of professionals is ready for your company. The service team consists of an employability coach, company doctor, company physician and client assistant. Together we map out your organization's health and vitality needs and how we can further optimize them.
👉 Your regular employability coach is the first point of contact for all questions about services. If you would like to meet your employability coach in advance, check your contact card to see who your coach is, and how to reach him or her.
👉 O ur customer assistants are available to answer questions about scheduling consultation hours and making appointments with your employability coach. You can also contact them with questions about our portals ZekerArbo Online and Mijn ZekerArbo. They can be reached Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
Preventive Consultation
During the Preventive Consultation hour, employees can discuss their health in relation to work with the company doctor or practice support worker. Think, for example, of employees who have difficulty with their workload due to a chronic illness, or employees who have returned to work after a period of illness, but find that it is all a bit harder than expected.
How it works.
The consultation hour basically takes place digitally. This allows your employees to engage in consultation from their familiar surroundings, without having to travel to a location. Should it still be better to have a physical consultation, this can always be arranged in consultation. The company doctor or practice support worker makes a careful consideration in this.
Make it known to your team
Share this link with your employees and encourage them to use the Preventive Consultation when in doubt or concerned. This will keep your team vital and engaged, and prevent small complaints from becoming big problems.
The process in the event of an absenteeism report
Is one of your employees sick? Report this as soon as possible via ZekerArbo Online. Shortly after the absence report is received, both you and the employee receive a short digital questionnaire. This gives us immediate insight into the situation: is it a short illness or is there a chance of long-term Sickness Absence?
With this information, we make sure we take exactly the right steps. Is your employee back within a few days? Then we leave the process further up to you. But if we notice that more is going on, we can intervene in time to prevent or limit long-term Sickness Absence . This is how we address Sickness Absence quickly and effectively, without unnecessary actions.
Do you have questions about an absenteeism report or would you like to spar about the right approach? Then you can always contact your regular contact person from the service team. They are ready to offer you advice and support.

Does the Sickness Absence sence turn out to be longer? Then our professionals are ready to support you in the recovery process. The employability coach will contact you to see what guidance and coaching is needed. In this way, we work together on a quick and successful recovery so that your employee can get back to work.
Consultations
Does your employee need a consultation with one of our professionals? If so, he or she will automatically receive an invitation via email. In principle, we do the consultation via image calling, unless the situation calls for a physical appointment. This is carefully assessed by our professionals.
The invitation contains all the details: time, location (if applicable) and practical instructions. Please keep in mind that a consultation hour can sometimes overrun. As a result, the appointment may start a little later than scheduled.
Change or cancel appointment? No problem!
Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. This can be done through your regular contact person in our service team. Is the appointment cancelled later or does the employee not show up? Then we are unfortunately forced to charge a no-show fee.
Check the locations of our branches and ask that your employee prepare properly for the interview. That way we can move quickly and provide the right guidance!

ZekerArbo Online is the portal for managing and viewing Sickness Absence. It allows employers to arrange all sickness absence matters simply, safely and completely digitally. At the start of the contract, you will receive an automated email to activate your account.
For employees: My ZekerArbo
When an employee has an appointment with one of our professionals, they automatically receive an invitation to "My ZekerArbo. This is the personal digital environment where employees can view all scheduled appointments and see advice and feedback from the professional. This way, all information is always within reach and your employees know exactly where they stand.

Billing
When we receive an absenteeism report, we start the service. Actions that are not included in the subscription are billed monthly in arrears. On the price list sent with the contract you can see which actions are included.
