The pilot: from talk to patterns
Ten ZekerArbo professionals are participating in the first test phase:
four occupational physicians, four practice support workers and two employability coaches.
They use Juvoly to have their conversations automatically transcribed and summarized.
"That's how we get a view of what it really delivers," says Elmer. "How much time do they save? How does their workload change? And what does it do to the quality of contact with clients? Because the latter is ultimately the most important thing."
Less tapping, more listening
The ultimate goal of this pilot is clear: more time for the real conversation.
"When Juvoly helps reduce typing, our professionals can fully focus on their client," says Elmer. "That results in more job satisfaction, as well as better care. And that's exactly what ZekerArbo is all about: helping people be more energetic and vital, without technology getting in the way."

Learning, improving, innovating
The pilot with Juvoly fits perfectly into the broader vision of ZekerArbo: deploying technology where it makes a real difference.
"Any innovation we do must support our people in their work," Elmer emphasizes. "We don't want to innovate for the sake of innovating, but because it contributes to quality, efficiency and job satisfaction. If this pilot is successful, it can permanently improve the way we report and communicate. And that is profit - for our employees, clients and clients."
Learning together with ZekerNext
In the coming period, ZekerArbo will actively share experiences from the pilot through ZekerNext, the innovation team within the organization.
"Every step we take, we do it together with our professionals as well as with Juvoly," Elmer says. "We want to be transparent about what works and what can be improved. Colleagues who are curious or want to think along can always contact ZekerNext. That way we learn together what is possible."
