Successful certification: Zorg van de Zaak and ZekerArbo continue to guarantee quality
We have again obtained the international ISO 9001 certificate and the Legal Certification Scheme for Occupational Health and Safety Services. These certificates confirm that Zorg van Zaak and ZekerArbo has set up and continues to improve its processes and services at an adequate level.
ISO 9001 is the globally recognized standard for quality management. This certificate shows that Zorg van de Zaak and ZekerArbo have a well thought-out and structured quality management system. This means that we continuously work on improvement, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Statutory Certification Scheme Occupational Health and Safety Services guarantees that our services meet the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and that we use qualified professionals to provide expert support.
Thorough audit
Between Feb. 12 and March 6, DNV auditors conducted a comprehensive review. They spoke with more than 50 employees, visited 15 branches and client locations, and examined systems and documents. They also assessed our information security against the healthcare information security standard, NEN 7510.
Strong basis for quality
Conclusion of the auditors is that Zorg van de Zaak and ZekerArbo has a stable functioning quality system, which provides an important and effective contribution to the realization of occupational health care. Obtaining these certifications again is the result of the efforts of all employees, managers and management within the organization.
