We are proud to let you know that your Occupational Health Service has been renamed: ZekerArbo. Actually, not much else changes. We just make it a lot easier. And for the sake of completeness, we're giving you answers to frequently asked questions.

What you'd like to know for sure:

Are your services changing?

Our services do not change, only the name changes

Can customers still use services from the Zorg van de Zaak network?

ZekerArbo remains part of the Zorg van de Zaak network. This means that cooperation with our network will continue.

Does the method of logging in change?

The portal zorgvandezaakonline continues as ZekerArbo online. The way of logging in remains the same. So you do not need to request new login credentials.

Will customers now receive a different bill?

Starting Jan. 1, 2025, all invoices will be sent on ZekerArbo letterhead and logo.

The Occupational Health Service is linked to my absence insurance, now what?

All of our cooperation partners have been informed of our name change. With most partners, we were able to have everything changed to ZekerArbo. You will receive the correct documents through the insurer or your advisor. The cooperation with our partners remains unaffected.

As an employer, should I enter into a new contract to fulfill my obligations?

ZekerArbo is a new trade name of Zorg van de Zaak. Our Chamber of Commerce number and Arbo certification do not change. The current contract is still valid.

Why should I join ZekerArbo as a customer?

The familiar services remain. With this transition, as a specialized part within the Zorg van de Zaak network, we are able to match our services and products (even) better to the needs of an SME entrepreneur and his or her employees.

Will you continue to provide national coverage as an Occupational Health Service ?

Sure! We stick to our zip code distribution. So we always have a location near your employees' home address.

Do I keep my own contacts?

Sure! All employees currently involved with SME will move to ZekerArbo. The contacts do not change.

What is your ambition with ZekerArbo?

Fulfilling our mission: "Everyone Thriving at Work." With ZekerArbo , we want to support SMEs in understandable language, targeted products and services and with a proud and dedicated team. Back to basics. Health and safety services hassle-free.

As an advisor, can I also purchase a subscription without absence insurance for my client?

Sure! You can easily do that through our web store. The current web store is transferred to ZekerArbo and your subscription goes with it. The webshop remains accessible.

How do I get in touch with ZekerArbo ?

All of our email addresses will continue to work. Only the @ changes. Where you now use @zorgvandezaak.nl this will become zekerarbo.nl as of January. The known telephone numbers will not change. We will make this new website a lot clearer and easier to use. ZekerArbo even gets its own digital assistant: Fay!

Zorg van de Zaak has grown significantly in recent years and has built an extensive corporate health network. Now it is time for a renewed focus on the SME, the engine of Dutch business. Those entrepreneurs want health and safety services hassle-free. To better match that desire, we are introducing a new name, website and image: ZekerArbo.
