Night work is top sport. In the Netherlands, 1.2 million people sometimes or regularly work at night (CBS, 2022). They are exposed to the dangers and risks of night work and deserve attention and top sport guidance.

  • Coaching focuses on achieving lasting behavioral change in the employee.
