As of 1-12-2025, you will already be offered the ZekerArbo service. For the month of December 2025, you will still pay the Alpina@Work rate 2025 of your current package and for operations. |

| Upon sick call, the Case Manager estimates the duration of Sickness Absence based on frequency of absence and intake employer and employee. |
As of 1-1-2026, we are using the Absenteeism Duration Predictor. Intelligent software makes an accurate prediction of the duration of a sick call based on current data, answers to the online questionnaire, absence history and statistics. Based on this, follow-up action is planned. |
| With an ongoing illness, the Case Manager contacts you when an action needs to take place and oversees timely progress, such as the preparation of a Plan of Action. |
In the event of an ongoing illness, the Planningsagenda system alerts you when you need to take an action, such as preparing a Plan of Action. The system already sets up a draft, all you have to do is discuss it with your employee and finalize it. If you want the initiative to lie with the Occupational Health Service and the case manager to think proactively with you, take out the additional case management module on top of your package (only in combination with the Complete and Premium packages). |

In all services ZekerArbo is Gatekeeper proof. This means that we inform and advise you on all mandatory actions. Our Employability Coach supports you with this. |

At ZekerArbo , you pay for your subscription per year in advance; you will receive an invoice for this.
