The partnership between a.s.r. and Zorg van de Zaak already has a solid foundation. Case Management Team Manager Cilia Kamphuis-Sandstra of a.s.r. expects this foundation to become even stronger with the creation of ZekerArbo .
What do you expect the creation of ZekerArbo to mean for the collaboration with a.s.r.?
"First of all, I would like to say that the cooperation is already very pleasant. We have had several cooperation afternoons and always we come closer to each other in the process. In fact, there is always room for conversation. We talk about the division of roles, joint approach and willingness to take things on. I expect the collaboration with ZekerArbo to continue in the same pleasant manner. Perhaps the transition will even make it more efficient due to the focus on shorter lines and a more direct approach for SMEs."
What opportunities do you see by offering this new label?
"In particular, I see opportunities in an even more targeted approach to specific industries within SMEs. That would enable us to react faster to trends and absenteeism patterns, for example by offering industry-specific support."
Does the new focus associated with the creation of ZekerArbo also better align with the product as you offer it to SMEs?
"Yes, ZekerArbo is a perfect fit with our SME insurance. That targeted focus on SMEs fits well with how we want to serve and appeal to this target group. We want to offer entrepreneurs precisely simplicity and accessibility, and that is exactly the thought that also prevails at ZekerArbo ."
I am super happy with what we have already accomplished together.
Are there areas of improvement that you can jointly provide for your client?
"Yes, what I see as an area for improvement is the use of different systems within both a.s.r. and ZekerArbo. It would be much more efficient for the customer if there was one central system so that they only have to deal with one entry point. That makes the process simpler and clearer for them. We have talked about this in the past, but perhaps we can actually realize this point of improvement together."
Do you have any wishes you would like to express to the people of ZekerArbo?
"As I said, the cooperation is already very nice, so in that respect I just hope we continue on the same line. I'm super happy with what we've already achieved together, but with ZekerArbo we can make the service for our customers even better and further optimize the customer experience."
